Our Process
- Conduct a brief phone interview to understand your needs.
- We will set then up a complimentary no obligation in-home initial assessment and consultation.
- A team of Registered Nurse and a Case Manager will conduct a full nursing assessment to evaluate the Client's needs and create a customized care plan.
- Using our CarePairing process, we will use the assessment information to select the best caregiver with matching personality and skills.
- Our Registered Nurse will introduce Caregiver at the start of service and provide one on one detailed orientation to ensure a smooth start.
- Case Manager will conduct follow-up immediately after service begins to ensure excellent care delivery.
- Registered Nurse will monitor care provided on a scheduled basis.
